Did you know...

1 in 3 seventeen year olds report having a secret about their sexual behavior that their parents DO NOT know. 55

So you need to GET THE FACTS.

Got Kids? Get Facts!” is the parent seminar for the 180 Degrees program.  GKGF was developed after many years of listening to young people's struggle with sexual issues and their inability to communicate this with their parents.  180 Degrees believes that abstinence education is BEST done in the home and our presentations are simply a reiteration of your message.  But many parents feel intimated and ill prepared for this topic.  Not only does GKGF give an overview of the student presentations but more importantly empowers you with vital information about how to open up the communication lines between you and your children concerning sexual topics.

This seminar is perfect for parents of children of ANY age, teachers, pastors, youth workers, etc.  This presentation includes: statistics about today’s teens’ struggle with sexuality, getting into your child's culture, steps to raising abstinent teens, and breaking down some of your own misconceptions.  (You know, a lot has changed!)  These seminars will conclude with a question and answer session that will hopefully target specific issues in your community or home.

Bringing up abstinent youth is a job for the whole community and now is the time for us to come together to combat this issue that has been swept under the rug for far too long…so GET THE FACTS!
